“We transformed an existing, vacant building that was rife with issues, including mold, a poor floor plan and out-of-date utilities, into a beautiful, specialized Memory Care community that met a market need within the Woodstock community.”
“The existing resident rooms were small, and the existing bathrooms were not code-compliant. We creatively reworked the floorplan to design appropriately sized rooms with attached adjacent or en suite bathrooms. The new European-style bathrooms are completely accessible for the residents and caregivers. Grab bars double as towel bars, which allows everyone to feel safer.”
