At the open house, residents, their families and staff raved about the updated aesthetics. Soon after, occupancy increased, and the success of this project led to Plymouth Place partnering with us on a renovation of their Healthcare Center.”
“In their Healthcare Center, half of the floor is short-term rehabilitation and the other half is long-term, meaning we needed to creatively design each space. The short-term rehabilitation side features a midcentury modern, hospitality aesthetic that appeals to the younger seniors more likely to require short-term care. The design feels cohesive with the long-term side, which features a more traditional, homelike aesthetic.”
